All-State Leadership Council

Congratulations, All-State Athlete!

Your hard work, dedication, and talent have placed you among the very best. At Especially for Athletes, we believe athletes like you have something more than just skill—you have influence. We call it the SportLight: the unique platform you carry to inspire, uplift, and lead both on and off the field.

That’s why we’ve created the E4A All-State Leadership Council—a select group of top athletes from across the country who are passionate about using their influence to make a difference. And now, we’re inviting you to join.

Hear from E4A Co-Founder Shad Martin about the vision and impact of the All-State Leadership Council.

What Is the E4A All-State Leadership Council?

The council is made up of athletes like you, leaders who are ready to elevate their influence beyond the game. As a member, you’ll:

  • Connect with other elite All-State athletes nationwide.
  • Participate in exclusive leadership discussions with college & professional athletes, coaches, and the E4A team.
  • Gain tools to amplify your positive impact in your school and community.
  • Have opportunities to appear on the E4A Podcast.
  • Be part of a movement of athletes who live the E4A promise: Eyes Up—Do the Work.

Scholarship Opportunities

Council members will have exclusive access to E4A scholarship programs. These scholarships are awarded to athletes who not only excel in sports but also exemplify leadership, resilience, and service.

All-State Banquet

At the end of the year, council members will be honored at the E4A All-State Banquet—a celebration of achievement, leadership, and community impact. This is your chance to be recognized not just for what you do on the field, but for the influence you carry beyond it.
